As a proud supplier to the F-15EX program, I am reaching out to request your support for the procurement of 24 F-15EX aircraft in Fiscal Year 2026. The F-15EX is a critical asset that enables the Air Force to enhance its capacity and capability in alignment with the National Defense Strategy, serving as an essential component of the United States Air Force (USAF) and Air National Guard’s (ANG) fighter force structure. The supply chain for the F-15EX program supports over 570 suppliers across 41 states, generating approximately 29,000 direct and indirect jobs and contributing $1.4 billion to the economy. Our company, <COMPANY NAME>, employs more than <EMPLOYEE COUNT> individuals in <STATE> and is proud to provide <COMPANY CONTRIBUTION> for the F-15EX. The F-15EX builds upon the unmatched payload, range, and speed characteristics of the F-15 fleet, incorporating next-generation capabilities that enhance both lethality and survivability. With advanced features such as fly-by-wire flight controls, a digital cockpit, an upgraded mission computer (ADCP II), a powerful AESA radar (APG-82(v)1), and an advanced electronic warfare system (EPAWSS), the F-15EX is uniquely positioned to operate alongside other advanced fighters in contested environments. Its low operating costs, combined with a weapons payload four times greater and fuel efficiency that offers double the range and speed of other fighters, make the F-15EX a modern solution for global air forces today and into the future. Congress has historically supported the USAF's efforts to field the F-15EX across active duty, reserve, and Air National Guard components. However, the FY24 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) has raised concerns regarding the sufficiency of tactical fighter capacity to meet combatant commander warfighting requirements at an acceptable level of risk. Sustaining F-15EX production is vital for the affordable preservation of fighter missions at strategic bases nationwide, ensuring that the USAF can maintain the necessary capabilities. The procurement of 24 aircraft in FY26 will facilitate the recapitalization of an additional tactical fighter squadron, allowing the USAF to expand its much-needed fighter capacity while keeping the critical F-15EX production line operational for future domestic and international sales. Your support for the F-15EX program is crucial, and we look forward to collaborating with you to ensure that the USAF and ANG have the resources they need to safeguard America's interests and those of our allies in the future. Thank you for your attention to this important matter.
